Lyn Ivans has been a property manager in the greater Sacramento / Davis area for over two decades. She grew up in Santa Rosa, CA and attended University California Davis where her studies in Sociology sparked an interest in working in the housing industry. Lyn has extensive experience in single-family, commercial, and multi-family housing. She specializes in negotiating lease agreements, vendor bids, and conflict resolution. Has an excellent background in planning, organizing, and budgeting multi-unit apartment turns and remodels.
Not only does Lyn have experience managing other people’s assets but is an owner of rental property as well. This offers a unique perspective when working with owners as she understands property management not only as an agent but can put herself in the owner’s shoes. She can give perspective while offering expert knowledge based on firsthand experience.
As a Realtor, Lyn specializes in advising owners on purchasing properties that require renovations. She can help you to negotiate the best deal possible with renovation costs in mind. After closing, she can organize those renovations, coordinate vendors, and then negotiate top rental prices for your investment.
