Originally from Santa Rosa, California, Lyn attended the University of California, Davis, where her studies in Sociology provided a strong foundation for understanding human behavior, interpersonal relationships, and community dynamics—all essential elements of successful property management. This background has helped her develop a thoughtful, people-focused approach to working with residents, property owners, and vendors while navigating the complexities of the housing industry.
With extensive experience in single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties, Lyn has developed expertise in lease negotiations, vendor contracts, conflict resolution, financial planning, and property improvements. She is particularly skilled in coordinating apartment turnovers, renovations, and capital improvement projects, balancing quality workmanship with cost-effective solutions that protect and enhance property values.
